Medical weight loss:
Does require an initial consultation fee of

dollars
The program requires monthly visits (
$50
) until at maintenance dose one can move to 3-month check-in if appropriate
Medication cost is not included in the visit fee
If you have insurance coverage for your medication you may utilize your
insurance at your preferred pharmacy
If you are prescribed compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide this is CASH pay
only and not covered by your insurance (see pricing under weight loss)
